WBS Equities, LLC in partnership with Baum Brothers Realty, purchased this hotel in June 2004. After significant renovations, the hotel was converted from an independent hotel into a Best Western. At acquisition, the property was substantially underperforming against its peers. Following the acquisition, our team steadily improved occupancy and ADR. The hotel featured:

  • 144 guest rooms
  • free High-Speed Wireless Internet Access
  • 17,500 SF of banquet and meeting space
  • 4 lane private bowling alley

WBS Equities brokered the sale of the hotel in November 2006.
