Project Name: Great Kitchens Build-to-Suit
Project Information:
In August 2008 WBS Equities, LLC completed construction of a 155,000 square foot build-to-suit pizza manufacturing facility located in Romeoville, IL.
Project Name: Testa Produce New Distribution Facility
Project Information:
In April 2011, WBS Equities, LLC completed work on a 91,000 square foot state-of-the-art distribution facility for Testa Produce. The building, located in the Stockyards Industrial Corridor in Chicago, is the first LEED(R) Platinum Freezer/Cooler building in the United States.
Project Name: Walgreens, Harvard, IL
Project Information:
In 2010 WBS, through an affiliated entity, purchased a Walgreens store located in Harvard, IL. The 13,650 square foot store is leased to Walgreens under a long term lease. WBS manages the property.
Project Name: 1001 Foster, Bensenville, Illinois
Project Information:
80,000 Single tenant triple net leased industrial property on the southwest side of O’Hare Airport. This property was sold in 2010.
Project Name: 320 West Erie
Project Information:
In May 2005, WBS Equities sold this 12,300 SF parcel on the north east corner of Erie and Orleans. Located in the heart of River North, in downtown Chicago, the property presents a great opportunity for the developer who purchased the land.
Project Name: Palwaukee Inn Hotel & Conference Center
Project Information:
WBS Equities, LLC in partnership with Baum Brothers Realty, purchased this hotel in June 2004. After significant renovations, the hotel was converted from an independent hotel into a Best Western. At acquisition, the property was substantially underperforming against its peers.
Project Name: Cooper Lamps Building
Project Information:
On September 1, 2005 WBS Equities, LLC in partnership with Baum Brothers Realty, purchased the former home of Frederick Cooper Lamp Company. The building is a four story 250,000 SF concrete structure. WBS Equities sold its interest in the property in November 2006.
Project Name: 21800 Burbank Ave. Woodland Hills, California
Project Information:
Investment in a 60,000 Class A multi-tenanted office building in Woodland Hills, CA purchased in 2003.
Project Name: Brookwood Mobile Home Park, Houston, Texas
Project Information:
Investment in a 176 pad community in South East Houston, Texas. This property was sold in 2011. The partnership continues to own a 14 acre parcel of land.
