Founded in 2004, WBS Equities, LLC, is a full-service real estate firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Our organization takes a multi-disciplined approach to investing in real estate and providing a broad range of real estate services to our investors and clients.

The brokerage division of WBS represents both landlords and tenants in lease and sale transactions. Our expertise is in helping businesses expand and/or relocate. Representative projects for which we have served as Broker include:
